Pacific Leadership Group meets monthly. Typically, our agendas include time for members to update one another on professional and personal matters, specific “issues” around which presenting members seek feedback and guidance from the group, and general topics that are relevant to the members and their business interests. The environment is confidential, supportive, constructively challenging, and fun.
All members are dedicated to PLG’s model and frequently interact with one another outside of monthly meetings to network, form valuable professional alliances and create long-term personal connections. PLG members are committed to continuous learning and growth; professionally and personally.
Outside of PLG, many members selectively provide advisory services and mentoring to entrepreneurs, serve on boards of entrepreneurial companies and not-for-profit organizations and, more broadly, provide their expertise and experience to businesses and business leaders in a variety of capacities. Engagements include strategic planning, financing, marketing, operations and corporate governance/board service. Such arrangements are always made directly between individual PLG members and businesses.
